Take Columbus Boulevard (oldtimers know this street as Delaware Avenue) North to Frankford Avenue.
Turn Left on to Frankford Avenue going North.
Follow Frankford Avenue to Columbia Avenue.
Turn left.
Go to Front Street.
Turn right.
Follow to Berks and turn left onto Berks Street.
Howard is less than a full block more.
The Recreation Center is on the left, south of Berks on Howard Street.
