Take I-95 North to the Allegheny Avenue Exit.
From the exit go down the ramp and turn left.
At the traffic light Turn Left on to Richmond Street.
Go to Allegheny Avenue and Turn Right.
Follow to the intersection of Allegheny, "H" and Kensington.
Bear Right on to "H" Street.
Go to Ontario Street and turn left.
"D" Street is about 10 blocks away.
