Take I-95 North to Academy Road exit.
At the end of the exit Turn Right onto Frankford Avenue.
Follow Frankford Avenue to Grant Avenue.
Turn Right onto Grant Avenue.
Go down Grant Avenue to just short of the I-95 overpass at the bottom of the hill.
The entrance to the park is on the right.
